  1. Do you take custom orders?

We have direct manufacturing capabilities and can help you with any of your jewelry needs with quick turnaround time. We love working with our clients on bringing their design to life. Please contact us at info@gemmartusa.com for any big or small custom order inquiries.

 

  1. Do you have wholesale discounts?

Yes! We stock a high quantity of items in our shop and we're happy to offer even steeper discounts. Please use the coupon code STACK20 for 20% off your order of $300 or more or STACK30 for 30% off your order of $500 or more.

 

  1. How can I order an item that is out of stock?

We are consistently restocking items and if you are ever interested in an item we don't have on hand, please reach out to info@gemmartusa.com. We'll be able to add you on our waitlist and inform you when the item you're interested in is restocked. Or, you may be able to place a reserve order for that item and we could produce it just for you!

 

  1. Are your stones real?

While all of our loose gemstone lots are genuine gemstones. We stock a variety of stone types for our wide range of customers. Our gemstones can range from genuine, quartz, and hydro stones suited for anyone's budget. Necessary information should be present in the description of the item. If you ever have any questions about any item, please don't hesitate to reach out to us and we'll be happy to provide additional information.

 

  1. Do you ship to my location?

We are able to ship to almost all addresses in the United States and ship deliver to any location worldwide that FedEx International Priority or UPS Worldwide delivers to. The flat shipping cost we charge on our site covers shipping to most locations, however the shipping services may potentially charge more.   1. What is your return policy?

We want our customers to shop with the utmost confidence. We accept all returns within 30 days. Please see our return page for more information (https://gemmartusa.com/pages/return-policy)

 

  1. Do you have an in person store?

We have a warehouse located in the San Jose, California area. While we generally operate as an E-commerce business, we would be happy to schedule an appointment for you to shop with an inventory specialist. Please contact us to set an appointment.

 

  1. How do I cancel an order?

If your order hasn't shipped, please contact us at info@gemmartusa.com and we should be able to ensure that you receive a full refund on your order. If the order has already shipped, feel free to contact us and ship it back to us as a return. We'll still be able to issue a full refund according to our return policy.
