1. Do you offer discounts?
Yes, we do! We run specials and have exclusive offers for our newsletter subscribers. Contact us with your email address and we will add you to the list. There is a discount even for signing up!
2. I have a large order and shipping seems unreasonable. How can you help?
Yes, we understand. For large orders, the shipping calculator and the total is sometimes incorrect and too high. Sadly it penalizes larger orders and multiples. We usually upgrade to faster shipping when possible and always refund yours over shipping paid. If you would rather have the overages refunded than shipping upgraded, just contact us before your order ships and we will take care of it.
3. How fast do you ship orders?
We ship items daily Mon - Fri, excluding holidays. Items are shipped in the order received, and due to high volume may take 2-4 days to process, excluding weekends. If you need the order rushed please upgrade shipping to priority shipping at checkout as we ship those first. Priority and Express orders must be received by 12 PM PST to be processed within the next business day. Please be advised that USPS has changed Express to 1-2 days guaranteed, so we cannot promise it will arrive next day. For urgent orders contact us or use FedEx Shipping options. 4. Do you deal in wholesale and custom orders?
We stock a huge volume of most items in our shop. Message us for wholesale pricing details (usually for orders over $300). We have direct manufacturing capabilities and can help you with any of your jewelry needs with quick turnaround time. We constantly work with clients on design, development and large-scale productions of their creations. For wholesale/ custom orders the final price would be as discussed prior to placing the order. No ongoing promotions/ coupons may be applied to these orders.
5. What about international shipping?
International orders are shipped USPS first class mail for most countries. Please note tracking and delivery confirmation is NOT guaranteed with first class international mail. A few countries must ship express mail as it is the only safe way to get your package to you with tracking. All international orders over 150 USD must upgrade to Express or Priority mail or FedEx during checkout. We may contact you for any additional shipping charges. It is the safest way to get your package to you with tracking. We will also need your phone number to include in the package.

6. Returns. Ah! How do you handle them?
Please shop with confidence. Satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are unhappy for any reason please contact us within 7 days and return the item. We will issue a full refund minus shipping, no questions asked. All cut chain sales are final. All custom made orders are final. Cut bead strands may not be returned or exchanged. We also have a few listings for "AS IS" those are reduced to lowest prices, and final sales. If you would like to exchange an item, that is not damaged we will issue a refund and ask you to purchase the item again as we cannot be responsible for return shipping. Returns for one-of-a-kind items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. We reserve the right to charge 10% restocking on any returns.
7. Can I shop in person? I like the interaction.
