Do you take custom orders?

Do you have wholesale discounts?

Yes! We stock a high quantity of items in our shop and we're happy to offer even steeper discounts. Please use the coupon code STACK20 for 20% off your order of $300 or more or STACK30 for 30% off your order of $500 or more.

How can i order an item that is out of stock?

We regularly restock our items. If the item you’re interested in is out of stock, you can join our waitlist by emailing us at info@gemmartusa.com, and we will notify you once it is available. In some cases, we can arrange for a special production run of the item.

Are your stones real?

Yes, all of our loose gemstone lots feature genuine stones, but we offer a variety of gemstone types to suit all budgets, including quartz and hydro stones. The specifics of each gemstone are listed in the product descriptions. If you have further questions about any item, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to provide more details.

Do you ship to my location?

We are able to ship to most addresses within the United States and globally to locations served by USPS (United States Postal Service), FedEx or UPS. Flat-rate shipping is available for most locations and Free Shipping is offered on orders $35 or more (for US only). We do our best to estimate international shipping charges but additional shipping charges may apply for some areas. In such cases, we will contact you for payment of the additional charges prior to shipping your order. What is your return policy?

Do you have an in person store?

While we primarily operate as an e-commerce business, we do have a warehouse located in San Jose, California. If you’d like to view our inventory in person or via a video call, we’d be happy to schedule an appointment with one of our inventory specialists. How do I modify or cancel an order?

How Long Will It Take To Receive MyOrder?

Domestic shipping usually takes between 3-7 business days. For international orders, delivery times vary depending on the destination and the shipping service selected. We ship orders within 1-2 business days, and tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped. For more details, see our Shipping Policy.

Will I Be Charged Duties and Taxes for International Orders?

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing or shipping charges. Please check with your local customs of customs office for further information.
