I was looking for undrilled chips, and while these ones are drilled, they have served their purpose. I am using them as inlay material. So far, I have only used the turquoise, but it was an absolutely incredible blue! I am excited to try out the other stones.

I hate to write this review, but these rubies did not meet expectations. While the rubies have beautiful color and shape. I received 1 5mm; 7 4mm; 6 3.5mm; 5 3mm; and 2 2.5mm. That is 2.7 ct of rubies in the correct size, if we add in the 3.5 mm, we come to 4.2 ct. At $5.98 a ct; I expected to receive more rubies in the correct size.

Yes there were lots of really broken ones, but a good portion of them, were very usable, I would buy again, a good portion in batch was garnets which is my birth month, but hopeful next time I order I get some other birth month :) if your looking to learn to set gems, these are great, and if you get set broken gems and make them look fab, just think what you can do with some perfect gems.

Call me biased but there is nothing that GemMartUSA creates that I don't love. I will gladly find the money to purchase as much as I can, as often as possible. I ordered 2ct and received 3 absolutely stunning blue sapphires. I couldn't be happier.

I ordered 5 ct of the 4-5mm rubies. I received 4.8 ct with several of the rubies in the 3mm range. At about $7 per ct, that is not impressive at all. I'm not sure if these are going to work at all. I have been very happy with GemMart and hate to leave this review, but I don't think that these rubies are worth the price.
