Shipping Policy

 

Order Processing Time

 

Orders are processed in the order they are received, with express shipments taking priority. Most orders are processed and shipped the next business day. We ship orders daily from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Please note that order processing times may vary during peak holiday periods or due to high demand.

 

Our typical order processing time is 1-3 business days. Priority shipping orders are processed in 1-2 business days while overnight shipping orders are processed the next business day.

 

Shipping Rates

  • Free Domestic Shipping on orders over $35.
  • Domestic Standard Shipping (for orders below $35): $5.99.
  • Domestic Priority Shipping: $19.99.
  • Overnight Shipping: $39.99
  • International Standard Shipping*: $34.99

*In some cases international shipping may be more than the above mentioned amount. We do our best to estimate international shipping charges but additional shipping charges may apply for some areas. In such cases, we will contact you for payment of the additional charges prior to shipping your order.

 

Estimated Shipping Times

  • Domestic: 3-5 business days for standard shipments. 1-3 business days for priority shipping
  • International: 5-7 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

 

International Shipping Information

 

We ship international orders via UPS or FedEx. International shipping rates vary by country and may be subject to additional shipping costs depending on location.

 

Note: If the shipping cost exceeds what was paid at checkout, we will contact you for payment of the additional shipping fee. Your order will be held until the difference is paid. If no response is received within 48 hours, we may cancel and refund the order.

 

Customs and Import Taxes

 

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees associated with their orders. We recommend checking with your local customs office for additional information on these fees. Please note: Delays caused by customs are outside of our control, but we are happy to assist in resolving any issues that may arise during the customs process.

 

Tracking Information

 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your shipment via the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number. Please allow up to 24hrs for tracking information to be updated on the carrier’s website after receiving the shipment notification.

 

Return Policy

 

We are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date.

 

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, in unused and sellable condition.
  • Include a copy of the packing slip or order confirmation email in your return package to help us process your return faster.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned after 30 days from the delivery date.
  • Custom orders, personalized items, or items that have been engraved.
  • Items not in their original condition, missing packaging, or showing signs of use.

 

Restocking Fees

 

A 10% restocking fee may be applied for returns outside of our regular return window or for any items returned that are not in their original packaging and condition. This fee will be applied on a case-by-case basis. Restocking fees may also apply to large orders and bulk returns at our discretion. Please contact us at info@gemmartusa.com for specific details.

 

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs for “buyer’s remorse” returns (i.e., items returned for reasons other than defect or error).
  • If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped), we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a pre-paid return label.

 

Refunds and Processing Time

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

 

Exchanges

 

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us first to ensure the item is available. The exchange process follows the same conditions as returns.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

 

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue, and we will work with you to resolve it by offering a replacement or full refund.

 

Late or Missing Refunds
